Fortuned:

is a windows application based off of the bsd/linux program 'fortune', with a GUI similar of the Gnome Fish applet.

K-TaskMod:

is a small application that is designed to set layered transparency on the windows taskbar. Meaning that while the taskbar background will be totally see-through, your icons, text, clock, etc. will be still visible. It also has the ability to make the entire taskbar translucent, as well as a combination of semi-translucent icons & text with a 100% transparent taskbar.

Kvwm:

is a Virtual Window Manager, which increases the available work area by creating virtual desktops and allowing the user to switch between them. Kvwm attempts to be simple while at the same time offer a high degree of customization.

Nobar

has only one mission in life; to keep your taskbar completely hidden. It runs quietly in the background, and upon detecting that your taskbar has shown itself, it automatically hides it again. Coded on a request from Plastic, it solves the problem of having your taskbar show itself whenever it wants.

xBar:

is a multi-functional, unique program designed for the purpose of giving you more control over your computer - both in it's appearance and it's functionality.

xCap:

is a caption changer.

xRun2:

is designed to be a very full featured replacement for the standard Run dialog that ships with the Windows OS. It will launch programs, documents, websites, folders - pretty much anything that you may want to open - with a goal of making it as easy as possible.

xTaskSwitch:

is a full featured Task Switching application, designed with flexibility, speed, and minimalism in mind. Easy enough to use, it provides the ability to not only switch between running tasks or windows, but it also has the capability to function as a quick launch menu. It can also set or remove the OnTop status of any window, terminate any visible running task, as well as handle some minor taskbar / desktop modifications.

xTrayTasks:

is a small, easy program for managing active tasks from the system tray. It does this in two ways; first by showing an icon for each active task in the system tray, and second by showing a single program icon in the tray from which a menu of running tasks can be accessed.
